At first TVersity keot saying start service, click, then it said not started please start, and it did it over and over.
Tried uinstalling and reinstalling. Reinstalling fails because it cnat write to the folder i wants to because it didnt all get removed. Service say starting but never does, cant remove it or restart it because it says it is marked for deletion. Rebooted and it still says starting and i cant change its properties or remove so i can reinstall.

Sounds like something got corrupted,
I suggest rebooting then uninstalling and then reinstalling. Can you try that?
BTW, it is possible that rebooting did not help in terms of allowing you to reinstall so please try again.
If nothing helps, check the windows process viewer for Mediaserver.exe and kill it manually then uninstall.
