If you read the change log you will see that a "fix" did go in to enable "Prevent sleep when certain media is streaming" but it has nothing to do with what is streaming. The computer never sleeps...at all, so to me this would be a bug and not feedback. If the new feature was to "prevent sleep all the time" then the new feature would be correct.
Another problem once i upgraded was losing my custom menus. They are there if i set Tversity to use it in the console but the option is not saved and therefore never shows up on the end device. I have tried everything to get the setting to stick and it always reverts.
I had been running 1.9.3 since it came out without any issues. While upgrading to 1.9.6 there was a checkbox during install that you could check to prevent sleep when certain media is streaming and that is what i wanted so i checked it and finished the install wizard. Afterwards i have the above issue. A couple days later 1.9.7 was released and i upgraded to that as well thinking it might fix the issue. During that install wizard, there was no checkbox to prevent sleep when certain media is streaming...thats odd as it was in the 1.9.6 install. Anyway...finished the install wizard and still same above issues existed. I reran the 1.9.6 installer and never saw the checkbox. I performed an uninstall and then ran the 1.9.6 installer and still no checkbox. This morning, i uninstalled, wiped registry, and installed 1.9.7, still did not see a checkbox. Completely fresh now with a new catalog and everything. We will see if it works now...
If it does not, i am going to uninstall, wipe registry, and install 1.9.6 to see if i get the checkbox. If that doesnt fix it, then i am going back to 1.9.3. If i still have sleep issues, then i will run the upgrade to 1.9.6 again to see if the magic checkbox appears.
