TVersity and Directories on Install

I am trying out TVersity for the first time, having decided to move away from Twonky with the latest release.

I am unable to modify the installation directories as prescribed (Windows 7 x64) as I have created a custom build of Windows Embedded Standard 7 that boots from a CF card and does not have the "compaitibility mode" workaround for the install directories.

Are there any options, or do I have to give up and try something else? I am using 1.97.
